Dudes Gourmet Flippin the Bird Chicken Seasoning

The Flippin the Bird Chicken Seasoning blend has an herby flavor profile with sweet and citrusy undertones. Dudes went through extensive testing on our test grill to get the flavor where we wanted it to be. It was missing some flavor balance which we found with some lemon zest (complimented by the marjoram) and some granulated honey for just a bit of sweetness. That was it! The magical combination of spicy flavor but without the heat. And it’s a perfect salt free seasoning as well – ah the best of both worlds!
