Sourced directly from farms in Japan, A5 Waygu produces highly-marbled, sweet and buttery beef rich in taste, tenderness and an umami flavor unlike any other steak you can find. Authentic Wagyu is pink in color due to extensive marbling throughout the meat. Since the fat is evenly distributed throughout the steak cuts and melts at a low temperature, A5 Japanese Wagyu literally melts in your mouth.

Miyazakigyu is known for its deep rich flavor, subtle sweetness, beautiful cherry color and snowflake-like marbling. Raised on Kyushu Island, Miyazakigyu enjoy a subtropical climate with long hours of sunshine, fed high-quality spring water, yielding beef that is consistently of the highest quality. This special beef was the first to win the Prime Minister’s award at the Wagyu Olympics three consecutive times as well as the top overall prize two times in a row.
